Podcasting again from the DUG Mid Continent Conference in Oklahoma City we met up with the man, the myth, the legend, Sarge Summers Founder – Owner of Sarge’s Industry Solutions, LLC. Its funny, because Kyle and Sarge have talked for a couple years now, and tried several times to meet up, but business and schedules always got in the way, and then by chance we all met up at the conference. Needless to say, we could not let Sarge get away without some time on the #QualityMatters podcast.

This was one of our favorite episodes, because we got to talk about one of our favorite topics that so far has not been featured on the podcast, Military Service Men & Women and the amazing good that they can do in the workplace.
