Our Story
The #QualityMatters podcast was born from a serendipitous meeting with Mark LaCour of OGGN, the Oil & Gas Global Network. He suggested the idea of starting a podcast, and Darci Chambers, intrigued by the concept despite her limited knowledge of quality management at the time, embraced the challenge. This marked the beginning of our journey to explore and emphasize the importance of quality in various aspects of life and business.

Our mission is to empower small business owners, operators, and quality managers by providing insights and discussions that highlight the significance of quality management systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API Q21 / API Q2. Founder & CEO
Kyle has been the driving force behind #QualityMatters and Texas Quality Assurance. After spending many weeks working extensive hours, he became dedicated to a vision of saving time and energy for what matters most for himself, his family, and anyone in the workforce looking to find a better way to do and be their best. Kyle has an extensive background in Quality, Health-Safety, Environmental Management, as well as auditing, consulting, and software development.
Caleb Adcock
Software Manager
Caleb Adcock co-hosts the #QualityMatters podcast alongside Kyle Chambers, bringing a fresh perspective to quality management discussions. Together, they explore topics such as managing Nonconformance Reports (NCRs), addressing inspection mentalities, and enhancing operational excellence. Caleb's contributions enrich the podcast's content, making complex quality management concepts accessible and engaging for listeners.
Darci Chambers
The Boss Lady
Darci, Kyle's wife, is the reason for our dedication to saving time and energy. Prior to working with #QualityMatters and Texas Quality Assurance, Darci ran a successful custom quilt shop in the greater Houston area for nearly ten years. Before that, she spent nine years as an elementary educator with a Master's Degree in Educational Administration. Her diverse experience, organizational, and management skills are truly invaluable.
