What do you know about the ISO 9001:2015 standard?  The Boss Lady has claimed several times to know nothing about quality.  Today, we tried to stump her.  While preparing for our upcoming QMS Boot Camp, Darci was typing up a quiz on requirements for the standard.  She suggested we try to stump her and give her the quiz.

We found out that Darci knows more than she claims to know. She was really surprised to learn that a Quality Manual is NOT a requirement of the 2015 standard.  What?!?  Where do you keep all your procedures that ARE required?
